So What's in the STEAM Lending Library?
On October 22, 2024, ARIN will host a session called "So What's in the STEAM Lending Library?" Participants will have the opportunity to explore all of the devices and kits in the lending library and learn how to use them with students in their classrooms. Many of these devices and kits fit well within the PA STEELS standards. We will discuss how they fit within the Technology and Engineering section of the standards. The session will run from 8:30 - 3:00. Lunch will be on your own.

NOW AVAILABLE!
The ARIN Intermediate Unit STEAM Lending Library continues to be available to educators within Armstrong and Indiana counties. All schools in the ARIN region have access to devices and classroom kits to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math through hands-on, minds-on learning. This collection of resources is made available to you through a partnership with the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation and funding provided by a PAsmart Advancing Grant.
These tools can be used all grades K-12 as there are low-tech and high tools to choose from. Classroom sets are available, too!
