CHS Family Bulletin

Last Day for Students - For all students other than Seniors, the 17th will be the last day and is a regularly scheduled early release Friday schedule as well.

This is the last Family Bulletin for the year. We will maintain Office Hours during the summer in the vent that you need to connect with us. That being said our next Family Bulletin will come out again in late August with information about the start of the school year. As for now this is what it looks like:

Summer Hours - High School - Regular hours through June 24. Limited public access from 6/27 - 8/8 with offices open 9:00 - 12:00 & 1:00 - 3:00 Monday through Thursday. Office not open to the public on Fridays. Resume regular hours for public access on 8/8.

After four years of dedicated hard work and commitment to spirit Jacob Montoya has graciously offered to reveal the identity of the Lancer Mascot. Jacob is looking forward to spending more time in a new mascot suit as he pursues post secondary education. We are so proud of Jacob and thankful for his committed spirit and support of Lancer PRIDE.

Check out the work that our Graphics Design students created for a European rock band. They literally designed their concert flyers and tour posters. Such an amazing real world experience offered through our robust Graphics Design Career and Technical Education Pathway. Well done Mr. Eagan and students.

Summer Reading for All Ages

Join in! Visit any Eugene Public Library location to get your all-ages Adventure Card and enter a free raffle for local gift cards. Plus kids and teens each choose a free book to keep and adults get a free tote bag. Then enjoy fun events in person and online, indoors and out, all summer. Well, it's another year in the books. This is the last bulletin of the year. Please stay tuned in lmid August for more news on the start of the school year. In the mean time enjoy a fantastic and well deserved break. Thank you all so much for such an amazing school year. These days we count our blessings as they come. I for one and so grateful that we had a full and complete school year. Despite the fact that we were hampered by COVID regulations that made life tricky at best, we have come a long way in our successful return from COVID. Next year we can start with little to no restrictions. It is going to be a year to remember. I am so amped up and ready to get another school year started. Go Lancers!
