Important Dates and Information

Please join us for our Back to School nights at Hillcrest Primary and LEADS Charter School. You will have the opportunity to receive your child's Wednesday Communication Folder, a back pack tag, meet the teacher, drop school supplies off and get your child settled into their classroom.

LEADS Charter School

Back to School Night for LEADS will be on Tuesday, August 24 from 4-6 PM

***All LEADS families may utilize Door D to access LEADS classrooms.***

***LEADS families will not need to follow the 1/2 of the alphabet times.***

Hillcrest Primary School

Back to School Night for Hillcrest will be on Wednesday, August 25 from 4-6 PM

Like we do each summer, we have experienced a great deal of new enrollments. Because of this, we have not shared out information regarding classroom teachers. We will share classroom teacher information on Friday, August 20th.

In an attempt to keep our group sizes smaller, we will ask that you please do your best to follow the below mentioned requests.

• Please stay on your child's grade level wing.
• Please keep the number of family members to a minimum.
• If you have multiple children, you may walk to the different grade level wings.
• All siblings may attend during the same time slot regardless of last name.

Time Assignments by Last Name

• A-L meet the teacher from 4 p.m.-5 p.m.
• M-Z meet the teacher from 5 p.m. -6 p.m.

Entrances to Utilize

• 4K - Park in the North side parking lot and use door D
• K - Park in the West front parking lot and use door C
• 1st Grade - Park in the South side parking lot and use door I
• 2nd Grade - Park in the North side parking lot and use door G

Each grade level will be entering a door that is located on your child's grade level wing. Upon entering the assigned entrances, you will receive a Wednesday Communication Folder that will list your child's name, teacher name and classroom number on it.

Kindergarten-Second Grade:

8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.

4K All Day

8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.

4K AM

8:15 a.m.-11:25 a.m.

4K PM

12:25 p.m.-3:15 p.m.

To ensure your child's safety, please:

• Keep a consistent pick up routine and or bus schedule
• Avoid picking your child up early as they will lose academic time.
• If your child has a transportation change you must call Kobussen Bus (715) 280-3001 to make the arrangements and then notify school before 2:45 PM.
• With the fact that our school begins transportation transition at 3:00, you must call before 2:45 PM.
• Families will not be allowed to pick up after 3:00 PM.
