Principal's Message
Dear Yowell Families,
Good Evening Stallion Families,
This is Mrs. Fiscus with your weekly update.
This week we will be conducting one of our state-mandated Intruder Drills. Teachers will be going over practices and procedures for this type of drill, as well as behavior expectations, with all of their students. Our building, including the main office, will be closed and locked during the drill. Please be patient if you are calling or visiting the office.
Annual renewal of Out of Zone applications opened on January 15 and will remain open through March 31st. Please fill out the form if your child attends school at Yowell on an Out of Zone. If we do not hear from you we will assume you would like to return to your base school. You can find the links to the out of zone forms in the weekly newsletter.
In closing, I would like to let each of you know we are bringing back BINGO and a DANCE in March and April. As well get closer to the dates we will send home flyers and more information.

and staff as our top priority. Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about weather closings/delays...
Transportation: Morning update document
In an effort to assist schools and parents with current information about bus changes, transportation has added a new item on their website called: Transportation - Morning Update. The direct link can be found here.
We will be posting departure times for buses each day to assist parents with receiving their child from the bus stop. Please check this document each afternoon.
