Operation Blue Santa registration is now open!
- Families with children under 14 years of age may apply for gift cards instead of food and gifts this year. Families must select a date, time and location to pick up their gift cards.
Eviction Prevention:
- If you are unable to pay rent, know that there is a national order by the CDC banning evictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 until December 31, 2020. CDC Eviction Ban
- RENT (Relief of Emergency Needs for Tenants) will now pay for up to 6 months of rent for those who qualify by income level and are selected by a lottery between now and January 2021. - Are you a front line worker who needs help due to COVID-19? Call the High-Risk Worker Call Center at 512-493-4288 for help applying for financial assistance, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm
ACC Basic Computer/Digital Literacy VIRTUAL Classes: For AISD parents who want to learn to use technology and support their child's virtual learning
- FREE classes are offered by Austin Community College for AISD parents
- Virtual classes meet 2 hrs/day, twice a week for 3 weeks, in the daytime or evening, in English and Spanish
- Students will learn basic use of internet, email, Google Suite, AISD Parent Cloud and BLEND
