College Decision Day is a national celebration of all high school seniors and transfer students, especially those from low-income, underrepresented, and first-generation college-going backgrounds who have committed to pursuing higher education—whether at a community college, a four-year college or university, or a professional training program, or by joining the military.

This year, students meet in small groups with their grade level peers in 1st hour Junior High Advisory (grades 7-8) or High School Seminar (grades 9-12). Besides being a "home base" for students with a trusted teacher, these courses provide information on the Positivity Project's character strengths.

This week will be a Wildcard/Make Up week.

On Tuesday, April 4th, the Dryden/Imlay City Girls Soccer team played at Flint Carman-Ainsworth High School and garnished a win, 9-0, mercying Carmen-Ainsworth in the first half. Dryden’s Jessica Peters led the team by scoring six goals, followed by Caila Fitchett, who added two goals. Great job on the impressive win, girls!

Students entering grades 5-12 in the fall are invited to the Dryden Skills Camp with Steve Cramer of Cramer Basketball on June 16, 2023.

Coach Cramer is a former overseas pro and college athlete. He has coached at the high school and junior high level in the U.S. and in Germany. He trains thousands of athletes each year from throughout the country. He is known for his intensity and detailed instruction.

Caila Fitchett is a freshman at Dryden High School. She has been going to Dryden since third grade. Her favorite thing about Dryden is her friends and teachers. She is a part of track and field, cross country, and NJHS. Outside of school, she likes to go read and go shopping. After high school, Caila plans to get a scholarship to college and pursue her dream of becoming a nurse or writer. She wants all of us to know that she has two cats and she is super cool.

Claire is a seventh grader at Dryden. She has been going to Dryden for seven years. Her favorite part about Dryden is the people. Claire is part of the Dryden Red & Black, NJHS, cross county, and track. Outside of school, Claire shows cattle. Her plans are to go to college and become a teacher.
