Greetings,
It is hard to believe that we are almost half way through our summer vacation. It is almost starting to feel like vacation. I have stopped dreaming about lesson plans and I am no longer waking up in the middle of the night to make a list of what still needs to get done. Even the weather is shaping up to feel like summer. I am thankful for the time to rest, to spend time doing what I want to do, and to reconnect with my family and friends on a more intimate level.
As you navigate your summer vacation, I hope that you also find peace, rejuvenation, happiness, and good health. Midwest Teacher Fest
This one day event is hosted by SHAPE-Michigan on August 15 with a networking barbeque being held the night before. The Planning Committee headed by Matt Pomeroy, Mike Graham and Joe Matulis have done an outstanding job securing many talented speakers. WHPE members may register at a reduced rate.
