If your child tests positive for COVID during the holiday break or has close contact with an individual who tests positive, please email me. jmartin@coppellisd.com

Our hope is that our teachers are able to "unplug" from their email during the holiday break, so please email me to make sure we receive the information. At that point, we will reach out to you to determine any next steps and quarantine timelines. Thank you so much.

For any of our current remote learners who will join us face-to-face on January 6th, please look over the information below:

• The January 6th face-to-face return is only for our current face-to-face learners and families that already completed the 3rd nine weeks commitment form to change their mode of instruction.
• Our car loop is open from 7:20 a.m.-7:40 a.m. for drop off and 2:55 p.m. -3:05 p.m. for pick-up. You are welcome to use either our front or side loop for morning arrival/drop-off. For afternoon dismissal, the front loop is for our K-2 learners and older siblings, and the side loop is for our 3rd-5th graders.
• All learners are required to wear a mask, and we also ask any family members that come out of their cars to walk their child up to the building or pick up in the afternoon to also wear a mask.
• No visitors are allowed in the building. If your child forgets anything at home, we will not be able to accept drop off of items.
• We have extra staff on hand to help support our new face-to-face learners in getting to their class. Parents are not able to walk learners into the building.
