Parent SRO Survey

Officer Stanger is a member of the Windsor Police Department and the School Resource Officer (SRO) for the Weld RE-4 School District. This program started at the beginning of the school year and Officer Stanger started in January. We are looking for your input on the SRO program. Your responses to the below survey will assist us in continuing to improve the program. Thank you for your assistance.

Lunch and Student Accounts

Make sure to check your lunch accounts and student fees throughout the week. Lost book and missing athletic gear fees may be added late in the week as we are still using textbooks and running track meets.

Medications

Any student medication in the health room must be picked up by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 11th. Student medication not picked up will be disposed of.

Last Day of School

On Friday, May 11th, students need only to bring their cold lunch if they are not eating school lunch. We are asking that all other items be left at home. Please do not bring a backpack. If backpacks or bags are brought to school on Friday, they will be inspected. Students should also continue to adhere to the dress code policy. Please encourage your student to assist with these guidelines to allow the last day of school to be fun and enjoyable for everyone.

WMS Drop Off & Pick Up

When coming to WMS for drop off or pick up make certain to ONLY use the lot east of the main entrance or the main street curbside cutout. There is to be no parent traffic in the lot north of our school as that area is designated for the Transportation Department and bus use only. It is imperative for the safety of our students and staff that the north lot is free of traffic. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
