Dear Village Families,

Village is Recognized as a Kindness Certified School! This year, with the leadership of Village School Counselors Ms. Candace and Ms. Ana, Village was able to participate in the Great Kindness Challenge. Every day for 50 days Village students were challenged to perform an act of kindness, and our Eagles showed just how kind they are! You just can’t hide that Eagle Pride!

Character Trait of the Month February’s Character Trait of the Month is integrity. Throughout the month we will be talking about the many characteristics that define integrity. We will also be emphasizing the idea of doing the right thing at all times and in all circumstances—whether or not anyone is watching—and having the courage to do the right thing, even if there are consequences. Throughout the month, we hope you’ll find some opportunities to discuss integrity at home.

• Monday, February 8: No School, Lincoln’s Birthday Day

• Friday, February 12: Village Pick-Up/Drop-Off Day

• Monday, February 15: No School, Presidents’ Day

• Wednesday, February 17, English Learner’s Advisory Committee

Total costs is $22.25. ($20 for Yearbook and $2.25 credit card security fee)

Halloween drive through pictures or pictures at home

If you child is going to be absent from any classroom zoom time due to illness, appointment or other reason please contact the Village School office at (707)545-5754 and press 1 for the attendance line. Please leave your child's name, teacher, the date you called, the reason for the absence.

If you are having technology issues and you are unable to get onto a zoom please also contact the school attendance line.
