Happy November! We are so thankful for your students and all of our SME families! We have the best school with so many dedicated teachers and the support of our parents. It is a special place and we appreciate all of you.

This month, students are out of school November 8 for Election 8 and November 21-25 for Thanksgiving holidays.

We will have a Veterans Day program at 8:30 am on November 11 and all Veterans are invited to attend.

Mrs. Orr will host a Volunteer Training on November 16 at 9:00 am.

Hope you have a happy Thanksgiving with family and friends!

On Wednesday, November 9, we will kick off our annual Read-a-thon. Students will collect pledges for reading. Our Read-a-thon will be on Friday, November 18. Students may wear pajamas to school and bring a stuffed animal on that day for all the reading activities.

All money collected will support funding new equipment for the playground.
