Welcome Mrs. Melissa Kenney

Mrs. Melissa Kenney will be joining Mr. Fisco in the PE department as a temporary leave replacement. We are excited to have her join the OMS team.

Brrrr.........It's Cold Outside

Please ensure that your child/children are wearing coats to school and that they have hats and gloves for recess. We do think it's very important for children to play and go outside and we try to do so as much as possible (when temperatures allow).

Math Facts!

Hello, parents and guardians!

Please be sure your students are practicing their basic math facts.

In order to achieve future success in math, students must know their facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) both accurately and fluently.

One very helpful tool? "Math Triangles!"

Students can visually see how numbers are related in fact families, and they can also self-check their answers. Please see the attached photo if you'd like to invest in a terrific math resource!
