As you know, attendance is an important part of a child's success. We continue to reflect on what we do in order to improve our work. As a district, we will be streamlining the process. Starting Monday, September 19th, children who are marked absent (without advance notice) will receive an automated call to alert you of the absence.

It is extremely helpful to notify the school If your child is going to be out. Please send an email to your child's teacher and CC Lisa Frolio at - lfrolio@attleboroschools.com.

Starting later this week, you will notice that an additional button, called Rooms, will be visible at the bottom right of our Attleboro Public Schools mobile app. This button is part of our integrated system of communication and will allow for your child’s teachers/coaches/and other staff to share detailed information (assignments, special events, practice schedules, etc.). More information is forthcoming and will have a table set up at Welcome Back Night.

Save the date - Welcome Back Night is September 29th from 6:00PM-8:00PM.

This is a night for all to come and see your child's classes and teachers, learn about the new year and see our school.

To make communication easier, Attleboro Public Schools has an APP available for both iPhones and Androids. Be sure to download the APP and be in the know with the latest updates, live feeds, and news. Search Attleboro Public Schools in the APP store.

So many DOTS were seen around SES. Lots of smiles as we celebrated creativity. It's fun to be a little silly, sometimes!

We had our first PTO Meeting last week and were so happy to see so many new faces. We talked about some of the event that will be happening this year, including our Fall Fest on October 22! Be on the lookout for more information.

Our Studley Star Spotlight will begin next month. Stay tuned...

Our breakfast runs from 8:30AM - 8:45AM. Students who wish to eat breakfast at school (and do not ride the bus), should be arriving as close to 8:30AM as possible. Please remind your child when you drop them off if you want them to have breakfast. They will be directed right to the cafeteria.
