Week 5 of Term 2
Dear Ross Families,
I hope you had a wonderful, restful Thanksgiving celebrating with loved ones.
Our field is now filled with beautiful, fresh holiday trees. We hope to see you this weekend!
Ross Holiday Festival this Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Ross Playground
Celebrate the holiday season with Ross PTA at Ross playground this Saturday starting at 9AM. There will be holiday trees to purchase or to donate to families in need, yummy treats baked by Ross families, hot drinks, sandwich making for a DC charity and other fun activities for the kids.
What you can do:
Purchase your holiday tree or donate one to a family in need. If you purchase through our online store by December 3 you will receive a discount
Join our super crew of volunteers for one or more of the activities taking place
Tree sale! We need more people to sell and/or deliver trees on 4 and 5 of December. Here is where you can sign up: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0c48aead2ea5fe3-13th
Bake Sale! Wake up the avid baker within you and donate baked goods or take a shift at the bake sale table on December 4 to help sell baked goods. Volunteers get free hot drinks. Sign up here for donating baked goods or taking a shift.
Help with sandwich making (mainly for kids and adults with DCPS clearance) - sign-up form to come shortly.
Warm Regards,
Holly Searl, Principal
