πββοΈπββοΈMileage Club - Canceled this Week
Mileage Club will be canceled on Literature Day 10/28. It will resume on 11/4.
βοΈ Odyssey of the Mind
Congratulations to our new team members of Odyssey of the Mind! We will start this week with our first meetings. Coaches will be in contact with all team members to provide meeting times.
Since only a limited number of parents volunteered to co-coach, we will only be having 3 teams this year - one Primary (K-2), one Division I (gr 3-5), and one Division II (6-8).
It is our hope to build this program and encourage more volunteers to allow for more participation in the future.
π»Esports
Esports are coming to ASA! Esports are multiplayer video games. Students will compete in league style play in various video games. Students will also be coached in game play and taught various SEL skills such as conflict resolution and self regulation. The Esport team will be led by Mr. Guillen and is open to all students in grades 7-8. Please click this link to read more details and fill out an interest form by 10/24.
πββοΈ We need volunteers!
We are still looking for help! Volunteers are essential to making our programs a success. Please take a moment to review the link Sign Up Genius sheets for Mileage Club and After School programs to see how you can get involved and help our school community!
More Clubs Coming Soon!
Donβt forget to check back regularly. All information related to our after school programs is announced in the Weekly Wolf Update. More clubs will be starting in November.
π§ Water Bottles
Please send a refillable water bottle with your wolf daily being sure their name is on it. The school is unable to provide water bottles for students. Thank you!
π Medication on Campus
Please note that only students with a medication form signed by a doctor and turned in to the Health Office are permitted to carry medication on their person. The form must specify that the student may carry the medication with them during the school day.
π Returning Student Registration
Did your Wolf attend ASA last year? If so, please log on to your ASA Parent Portal account and complete the 22-23 Returning Student Registration also known as the Welcome Packet as soon as possible.
π Early Student Pick Up
When possible, please refrain from picking up your Wolf during recess, lunch or the last hour of school. Please make an appointment in advance so we can have your Wolf ready upon your arrival.
π Please Do Not Block Driveways
When dropping off and picking up your wolves, please remember to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors and their homes and do not block their driveways.
π₯ͺ π Lunches & Personal Items
Please send your Wolf's lunch and personal items with them in the morning. The office is unable to deliver items brought in during the school day.

A special shout-out to our Fall Festival Committee members for their hard work and leadership.
