Need to Know Information
Honor Choir and Character Council Group Photos: Students who are in Honor Choir and/or Character Council will be having group photos taken on Wednesday morning. Mr. Janes and Mrs. White will let students know what they need to wear for these photos.
CSCO Needs Candy Donations: CSCO is asking for donations of individually wrapped candy which can fit in Easter eggs. Each class will get to have an egg hunt during their class's Easter party on April 6. Please send donations in by Friday, March 31, 2023.
School IN Session Next Monday: Don't forget next Monday, April 3 school is IN session. We will not have school on Friday, April 7.
Yearbook: In case you have missed the posts about the Crane Schools Yearbook, all sales are online this year. Books are $45 and all sales end May 31, 2023. If you would like to order a yearbook please go to [https://shop.yearbookmarket.com/craneelementaryandhighschool] .
Easter Parties: Class Easter parties will be held on Thursday, April 6 at 2:30 PM. Teachers will be letting you know what is needed for the parties! CSCO will be providing an egg hunt for all students during the party.

Official Communication: Please remember that all school related communications with staff should come through either phone, direct school email, or Class Dojo.
Concession Stand Help Needed: CSCO needs help with the concession stands for the Jr. High Volleyball season. If you would like to help out the organization which helps our kids, please sign up here for a night in the concession stand!
CSCO Pirate Showcase Forms: CSCO is hosting a Pirate Showcase where students and family members can show off their talents! The Pirate Showcase will take place on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 7 PM. If you or your child would like to perform during this event, please fill out the form and return it ASAP. We can't wait to see all the talents so many of our students' possess!
Student Absences: If your child is absent from school for any reason, please call the office to let us know. The phone number is 417-723-5300 ext. 902.
Breakfast: If your child is a parent drop off each morning and wants to eat breakfast at school, he/she needs to be dropped off no later than 7:40 AM. We have had a few come after 7:45 and they do not have time to get to breakfast before being counted tardy for class.
SNAP and Medicaid Application Assistance: If you would like assistance in applying for SNAP or Medicaid, then please call the Elementary office so we can help you set up an appointment with someone who can help you complete the process. If you would like us to send home applications for you to complete on your own, we can do that too. Just give us call and let us know how we can help! 417-723-5300 ext 902.
