September Newsletter

September's here, and we're all getting into the swing of things, aren't we? I bet you moms with school-aged kids are already feeling like pros, getting those lunches packed and those lessons done, aren't you? No? Well, that's okay; it's only September, and we've got plenty of time to get it down pat. Keep up the great work, and be sure you're using all of the oils and supplements that will keep your body working at its top potential! (Did you love the surprise back-to-school sale last month? I know we stocked up on some of of our favorites for both the kids and adults in our home!)

Need a way to dress up those plain rolls? Try this delicious recipe for Rosemary dinner rolls and watch your family devour them!

Ingredients:

• 4 cups water
• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 5 drops Rosemary essential oil
• 5 drops Lavender essential oil

Directions:

1. Bring the water to boil in a large pot and remove from heat.
2. Cool and then add vinegar, along with Lavender and Rosemary essential oils.
3. Pour into a glass jar, seal, and shake. Let sit for at least 2 hours (Leaving it overnight is also recommended.) Strain.
4. When ready to use, pour a little over your hair and massage into your scalp. Rinse with cool water.

Just as its history is rich with a variety of uses, thyme’s diverse benefits and uses continue today. Thyme essential oil is extracted from the leaf of the thyme plant and is high in thymol.
