Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
This week has been an interesting return to school with the no bus days. We were excited to welcome our students back to school and saw some incredible learning. Unfortunately, the weather turned incredibly cold this week and we experienced winter in full force. Hopefully everyone was able to stay safe and warm and will continue to do so over the weekend as temperatures remain cold.
I have included a poster below with information regarding a new early dismissal on February 7 at 1:00 P.M. Students at Niton, Fulham, and Edson will be dismissed at 1:00 PM on February 7. For those who ride a bus, buses will be here to pick up students at that time and you can expect your child to arrive home early. For those who are picked up, parents will need to make arrangements to get their child at 1:00 that day. If you have any questions, please reach out to the office.
Our community engagement is scheduled for January 30, 2024. I highly encourage all parents to attend this event. The evening will include information about enrollment numbers and budget, conversations to ensure each voice is heard, and collecting questions. Regardless of what grade your child is in, it is imperative for parents and community members to attend.
I will be away from the school from Wednesday - Friday next week. Mr. Stoyles will be acting in my place while I am away.
I hope you have an excellent week,
Bailey Benson

Learning in Action
Shape Building
Students used different building supplies to create various shapes. A great way to use their imaginations while learning.
Athletics
We started the year off strong with a home game against Pine Grove on Wednesday. Both the girls and boys teams won their games. Way to go Knights! A big thank you to Ms. Dunne for being one of our refs.
