Parking for Conferences

There will be a track meet at HBHS at the same time as our conferences. You may park in the Storms Orthodontics lot AFTER 5pm. Please DO NOT park in a fire lane, these are marked with red painted curb.

No after school tutoring on Monday due to conferences.

History Day Winners

Congratulations to Makenna Bedogne (left) & Olivia Wright (right) pictured below. They both competed on Saturday, March 5th at regional History Day competition hosted at NWACC. Makenna got second for her documentary on the annexation of Hawaii. Olivia received first place for her paper on the Minersville School District vs. Gobitis supreme court case. They have both been invited to the state tournament at UCA! We are SO PROUD of them!

Please help us with our dress code

As the weather warms in the spring, we want to remind you of Hellstern's dress code (page 4). Students who violate the dress code policy will be sent to the office and a call home will be made for a change of clothes.

National Anthem

This past week we had someone from Hellstern perform the National Anthem - did you guess who it was??

Author Visit Was HUGE Success!

Gordon Kormon spent Wednesday afternoon at Hellstern. He did a writer's workshop with students that applied to participate, an assembly with our whole school, and a meet & greet/book signing. It was so fun to hear from an author that has published 99 books. Thank you to Mrs. Vanderbaan for coordinating the event - it was AWESOME!

Hamilton opportunity

This opportunity is available to any student that is in 7th grade drama (either semester), choir, or band. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Carson in the Titans hall. We have about half of our seats reserved - reserve yours NOW!
