It's Christmas Time

As the holiday season approaches, it's hard to believe another year has flown by. Reflecting on the first half of the school year, I'm filled with pride for our incredible students and staff. Day in and day out, their unwavering work ethic and perseverance truly amaze me.

I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you, our dedicated parents, for your partnership in this most important work of learning and growth.

As you celebrate this wonderful time of year, I hope you'll have the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and cherish the blessings in your life. Wishing you and your family a joyous holiday season!

Yearbook Cover Contest

Annually, sixth grade students have the opportunity to create a cover for the yearbook. The entire school gets to vote for the winners. This year our yearbook cover winner was Autumn Kovac.

The second place winner's illustration will be featured on the back of our yearbook and that illustration was done by Natalya Monterrubio.

Child Screenings

If you, or someone you know, has a child from birth to five years old, we offer a FREE screening each month. Your child can be screened in the areas walking, talking, seeing, hearing, and learning.

Lunch Accounts

Please keep a positive balance in your child's food account. Emails of low balances are sent out twice a week. Check or cash can be paid in the office or payment online through My School Bucks.

Cardinal Collective

Cardinal Collective is a district wide parent/community group that provides support to the administration, staff, teachers and students of USD 439. This service includes funds raised and donated to offset the cost of student and teacher/staff activities and needs. Cardinal Collective will promote spirit and pride in USD439 by sponsoring, hosting, or participating in the events and activities that promote USD 439 and its students. We meet the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 in the Media Center/Library area and we encourage anyone and all to join us! Many hands make light work.

What we Provide: JH/HS Dances, Daddy Daughter Dance, Conference Meals, Teacher Appreciation Gifts, K-12 Teacher requests, Breakfast with a Buddy, Son and Mother Events, Goodies with Grandparents, Book Fair, Elementary school shirts, Cardinal Carnival, After Prom, Promotions/Graduation events, Cardinal pride night meal and support for field trips.
