Federal Programs Stakeholder Input/Evaluation
EISD receives state and federal funds to address the needs of our student population. Input from our stakeholders helps us determine where to best spend these funds in order to provide the best education for all of our students. We appreciate your feedback.
Summer Safety Tips
We hope you have tons of super family fun this summer. Here are a few tips to keep your kiddos safe as they enjoy their time out of school.
1. Always supervise children around water, even if it's not deep.
2. Don't leave a child in an unattended car. Temperature can become dangerous very quickly.
3. Protect skin from the sun by using sunscreen.
4. Stay hydrated.
5. Help your child understand and follow bike safety.
Congratulations!
Congratulations to LaDona Blackwell and Vicky Swearingen on their retirement. These ladies have served so many students through the years. They will be missed.
Summer Learning
Students are out for summer, but teachers are hard at work. During the summer, teachers and paraprofessionals participate in professional development, learning new skills and strategies to promote student success.
