The Governor Winslow School Community has much to be thankful for this November. Our theme of the month is gratitude. We are grateful for our fourth graders and their teachers who worked extremely hard on an outstanding Thanksgiving performance that was "Out of This World". At this time of year, I am especially thankful to work with such amazing students, caring families, and dedicated staff members. It is because of our wonderful school community that we were recently ranked 15th out of all elementary schools in Massachusetts according to U.S. News & World Report.

On behalf of all staff members at GWS, I wish you and your families a very happy Thanksgiving!

• Thursday 11/24-Friday 11/25: Thanksgiving break
• Friday 12/1: Trimester 1 ends
• Monday 12/4: Family Math Night, 6-7:30PM (Martinson Elem School - see flyer below)
• Friday 12/8: Trimester 1 report cards posted to Aspen family accounts
