Summer School 2021
We are sooo excited to have Summer School in just a few months!!! We are working very hard to make sure this Summer School experience is fun, exciting, and safe for our learners.
A new summer school year also means NEW LOCATIONS for our Summer School classes…
- Summer School Grades 1-9 = Mayville HIGH SCHOOL!!
- A bigger location with some bigger classrooms that will allow us to keep our typical summer school class sizes and still keep socially distanced
- Entering Kindergarten = Parkview Primary
- We are going to bring our littlest learners right to Parkview for their Entering Kindergarten class!
- Jump Start Grades 1-5= Parkview Primary
- Jump Start will be at Parkview as well!
The Summer School 2021 Course Catalog and Planning Worksheets are now available Here .
- There may still be some changes to course offerings but I will let you know if there are changes made so you can plan accordingly.
- Registration and enrollment for courses begins on Monday, April 26 at 3:30 PM and ends on May 7 at 3:30 PM.
Here are some helpful links with the registration process...
Finally, visit our Summer School website for further information!!
Please feel free to contact me with any questions may have regarding Summer School 2021.
Sincerely,

Summer School Coordinator
Pennies for our Playground!
The competition is on to raise funds for our playgrounds!
We invite all students in grades 4K-8th at our Community 4K Sites, Parkview and MMS to participate in the Pennies for our Playground penny war being held April 19th – April 30th!
Check out the attached flyer for more details on how to earn points (and take them away from your competitors)! The winning grade level earns extra outside time and an ice cream treat!
Good luck to all!

Forward Testing...In Progress!
The Forward Exam assessment measures the knowledge and skills a student should have acquired by the beginning of the test window at each grade level.
An Informational Brochure for Families can be accessed on the DPI website or by request from the Middle School office. This brochure gives more information about the assessment including its purpose, what scores will be provided, and how the scores will be used.
If you have any questions, please contact your child’s classroom teacher!
