Additionally, when you are out, please ensure that you have adequate plans/material left for your substitute. All teachers should have current emergency plans on file. Kudos to the CHS Custodial Team, led by Mrs. Clark. We received the scores back from the inspection and they graded out at 97.59, the highest mark Central has attained in over a decade. Please be sure to thank the team for their hard work.
Kudos to the English Department. Ms. Dennard commented about the improvement that she saw in the Writing Folders. There is still work to be done, but the growth is appreciated. Overall, 7 out of the 8 teachers had the required number of samples requested. We will address the more specific feedback once Ms. Dennard completes her analysis and provides feedback.
Kudos to Ms.Sams for Rocking the Region again with Pippin! Back to Back Region Championships feels so good!
Kudos to Coach Sample and his staff for continuing to keep the team focused, even in the midst of a tough beginning of the season. Their perseverance paid off with a trip to the playoffs, the first for the program since 2014.
Kudos to everyone for helping to get us Over the Hump. I hope everyone has enjoyed the Theme Days and the treats provided. The Classified (Non-Office) staff sent everyone out with a bang with that pulled pork Thursday. It was a great month. We have to do it again sometime soon,.
