Attendance Matters
School attendance is a powerful predictor of student outcomes. A missed school day means a student has lost an opportunity for learning. Students who attend school regularly have been shown to achieve at higher levels than students who do not have regular attendance. If a child is absent an average of 2+ days a month, then he/she is absent far more than 10+ days a year. We want all students safe, in class on time, and learning. Breakfast ends at 8:05, so students should not be tardy.
