Dear OLMP families,

Next week we recognize and celebrate Catholic Education week. World Catholic Education Day is on Thursday, May 26th where we will be encouraging all staff and students to wear blue in recognition. We are also planning and preparing for upcoming final assessments; the June exam schedule should be finalized next week and this will be shared with students as well as our school community.

Grad 2022-Congratulations to our Grads who celebrate this milestone this week! We are very proud of you all and we look forward to the celebrations this week.

Emergency drills-we will be completing our last set of fire drills, lockdown drill and shelter in place drill in the weeks to come.

Student Placement Letter 2022-2023-As we plan for next year, our professional staff will collaborate to best meet the needs of all students next school year. Please read the following letter outlining our rationale with this process. Please see attachment below.

The OLMP School Council and Camrose OLMP Parent Association are anticipating moving forward with motions to approve the final drafts of the new Bylaws at our meetings on June 14, 2022. All parents are encouraged to review the final draft documents and join us at our next School Council & Parent Association meetings. Please see attachments below.

On May 19th, Science 9 students took part in the X-Stream Science program with the Battle River Watershed Alliance. This provided the opportunity for students to do hands-on field work to collect information about the health of the Stoney Creek water.
