4K students water colored flowers to give to Mineral Point Health Services residents for Mental Health Matters Month! Students have learned about kind acts they can do for one another. Making a picture is just one of so many wonderful things to show care and bring smiles.

A big congrats to our #PointerNation Golf team that claimed its 7th straight SWAL Conference Championship! What an accomplishment! Kudos to Carson Kroll who was the individual medalist and congrats to our all-conference golfers: Carson, Ollie Mitchell, Alex Ross, and Eli Lindsey.

We'd like to give a special shout out to our three musicians who achieved elite status at the recent Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA) State Solo & Ensemble competition! Callie Pierce earned Exemplary Performance Recognition for her trumpet solo. Jazmine Cool (Bass Clarinet Solo) and Gena Byrnes (Alto Vocal Solo) were also nominated for this prestigious award.

Major talent was on display Thursday night at the Elementary Art Show! Students were excited to showcase their work to friends and family. Thanks to all who stopped by.

These hardworking 4th graders really enjoyed pulling the lawn fabric out of the grass! They liked doing it so much that most of them chose to continue doing it during their recess. Thank you, 4th graders!

For Staff Appreciation Week, Seniors were given the opportunity to write a note of thanks to a staff member that has had a profound impact on their life. Each hand-written note was accompanied by a handmade wooden ornament donated by the Mineral Point Excellence in Education Endowment, crafted by Wayne Banaszak. Thank you for such a touching tribute to our staff!

We recently celebrated Apraxia Awareness Day! We were so glad to recognize all the work Tatum does every single day to continue finding and using her voice. Also, huge thanks to the Tippett family for giving copies of the book, "Where is Tatum's Voice!"
