Belridge Secondary ESC News
September 2023
From the Principal's Desk
Term Three has drawn to a close and all students have been participating in a variety of learning opportunities offered here at Belridge Secondary Education Support Centre and these have occurred on and off the school site. Our students have been busy being involved with school based activities such as "R U OK? Day, Book Week, Athletics Carnival preparation, and Life Education Incursion workshops along with all of their regular learning programs and activities.
Whole School Athletics Carnival
Many of our students participated in the recent Whole School Athletics Carnival alongside their Belridge Secondary College peers. It is hard to describe the feeling of inclusivity and the spirit that is demonstrated by all students who encourage, cheer and support each other showcasing our 'Two Schools, One Community" ethos regardless of educational placement. Congratulations to everyone who competed, gave their all and cheered on their classmates. Despite the threat of rain, it was an energised and colourful day with students in their faction colours and our Year 12's all dress up as a variety of characters from Minions to Willy Wonka! The rain managed to hold off until the very end of the carnival and we could not have wished for a better day. A huge thank you to the BSC Phys-Ed department and to our Sports Coordinator Mr Tom Cann for all their hard work in organising such a big event. Thank you also to all staff for their efforts on the day.
Transition Planning
Our prospective Year 7 students from a variety of schools have now participated in the first of their Transition days here at Belridge Secondary ESC. All of the students enjoyed their time in a secondary environment and are excited about joining us next year. The students all really enjoyed their first visit to Belridge Secondary ESC and are looking forward to returning for another two visits next term. Conversely, many of our Year 12 students are planning and participating in a range of opportunities to prepare them for life beyond school and for their final term of school.
There are many events planned for Term Four so please keep your eye on the Important Dates at the beginning of each newsletter and put the dates in your diary or on your calendar.
School returns for Term Four on Monday the 9th of October. Our graduating Year 12 students will have their Graduation Ceremony in Week 3 on Thursday the 26th of October at Kingsway Christian College and our annual Market Day will be held on Thursday the 9th of November.
Congratulations to all of our students for their efforts during the term and to all of our staff for continuing to provide the quality of care and education that they do in what has been an extremely busy term! I sincerely wish you all a relaxing and happy school holiday break.
Stay safe and I hope the sun continues to shine. See you all refreshed for Term Four!

Middle School News
WOW I cant believe we are at the end of Term Three, time flies when you’re having fun. We are excited to report that we have had our first Year Seven transition day for our Year Six students who will be joining us in 2024. It was great to see many friendships forming already. When we took our Year Sixes on a tour of the school, they were excited at the idea of accessing option classes like Design and Technology and The Arts and they loved the newly built ‘Ninja Warrior’ playground. The canteen was also a big hit, when they saw all the yummy food displayed in the canteen window. We have two more transition days coming up in Term Four which we are looking forward to.
Our Year Eight students have consolidated their learning this term by attending an excursion to the WA Museum Boola Bardip. Helen Carlyon planned a very eventful agenda and the feedback from students was very positive. For more information, please read the 7-3 newsletter article as I don’t want to give too much away.
We have had a number of middle school assemblies this term and we been able to celebrate and commend students on all their achievements. We had over 25 certificate winners at our last assembly which is FANTASTIC!!!!! All students should be very proud of their efforts.
The Year 9 cohort took part in the Caltex All Stars Program this term. The All-Star Program was conducted over four concurrent sessions for students in classes 9-1, 9-2 and 9-3. Students took part in sessions which taught fundamental football skills which was run by West Coast Eagles Football Players. Activities included running, marking, kicking, handballing etc. Students thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity and students’ ability to demonstrate the skills was outstanding.
We also celebrated the whole school athletics carnival this Term. The athletics carnival was held on the 1st of September. Students who demonstrated outstanding results and gained the highest number of points across their events will be announced at this coming whole school assembly. Well done to everyone who attended and had a go. It was also great to see many of our parents attend, so thank you.
2023 was the first year that Year 9 students were offered the new Year 9 Career Taster Program (CTP). CTP aims to inspire secondary school students to become 'career curious' about further opportunities and careers awareness. The program offers industry-led experiences and activities that will introduce them to new and different areas of work and career opportunities. The students from 9-3 attended a Super Epic Game Making session earlier in September where they travelled to North Metro Tafe to engage in activities to create graphics and sounds which resulted in students programming them into a playable game. Students were highly engaged in the activities and did extremely well representing BSESC.
As the Term draws to a close, I would like to say a big thank you to everyone for the effort you have put in, this term. Students are always trying their very best which is to be commended. I wish everybody a safe and happy two-week break, and I look forward to seeing you all next term.

Senior School News
I would like to commend everyone on an extremely productive and successful Term Three. Senior School classes have continued to make the most of a variety of programs, events and opportunities through the term and I thank all of the staff at Belridge SESC for supporting our students in their learning and through any challenges that arise.
Year 12 students across four classrooms have achieved success in their ASDAN portfolios demonstrating achievement through their learning journeys. ASDAN Towards Independence Portfolios ranged from Meal Preparation and Cooking programs conducted in our ILC, Personal Safety which is incorporated into our DFES program, Horticulture and Out in the Community based around volunteer work at Landsdale Farm and Business Enterprise where students work skills including their car cleaning business and pamphlet collating group task. 12-2 and 12-3 completed ASDAN Short Courses, Citizenship and PSHE respectively, where they were able to investigate meaningful tasks to showcase their learning in a range of formats.
Students in 12-2 and 12-3 have also completed their Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways either completing a set of units of competency or the whole qualification. This course includes the Food Hygiene and Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee Skillset and incorporates scenarios that arise in our amazing Cobra Cafe and Coffee Clubs. Congratulations to all students for their dedication to this course.
Our Year 11 and 12 students have all settled into this semester's workplace learning or work skills placements and are continuing to generalise employability skills such as team work, following instructions, problem solving, positive work ethic and customer service. Next term, our Year 10 students will participate in a 'work ready' - work placement' over five Mondays to develop their skills and gain an insight into work experience ready for Year 11. I look forward to seeing how our Year 10's enjoy this program.
I wish everyone a safe, happy and relaxing term break and look forward to seeing everyone recharged and ready to learn in Term Four.

R U OK? Day
R U OK? is a national charity inspiring and empowering everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life. We recognise that looking out for one another and lending support are key life skills for any age group. Teachers embedded a series of activities into existing units of work with content inclusive of themes such as; friendship, resilience, respectful relationships, help-seeking and wellbeing.
On Thursday the 14th of September BSESC staff and students were encouraged to wear yellow and we purchased over 1000 R U OK? wrist bands and lollypops which student councillors handed out to all the staff and students across the College and the ESC. We also booked the Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Travelling Farm for the day which meant the students and staff got to enjoy some time with the animals which supported positive wellbeing for all.

The end of Term 3 is here, and it has been a busy and exciting one. From the first Athletics Carnival and Book Week as high school students, to making beautiful Father's Day art. All the students have enjoyed the many different activities that Belridge has to offer.
Week Six was Book Week, where students and staff dressed up for the day. It was lovely to see all the different costumes and creativity from everyone. The library put on the yearly Photo Booth, where classes go down and take different photos, which then get printed out on a bookmark. It was a fun experience, and the class were so excited to participate.
The Athletics Carnival was a very new experience for the class, and they all did so well. Every single student managed to go down to the oval, even if only shortly. Multiple students participated and cheered on fellow students from other years. The 7-1 team were very proud of the effort the students put in on the day.
It's been a great term for different events and experiences, and the team are looking forward to the final term of the year!
From Team 7-1
7-2
We cannot believe that Term 3 is nearly over. The students have been working extra hard. We have started new topics in HASS and are learning all about the Ancient Roman Civilisation.
The students have really enjoyed creating their own Roman Shields and learning all about life in Ancient Rome. We also had Book Week this term, and the students dressed up as characters from their favourite books. We had Dorothy, the Wonky Donkey, Dracula, Mickey Mouse and Ken in our class and the students had lots of fun.
In Health we are learning all about personal hygiene and rustling up some delicious and healthy meals. In Music the students are learning the cup song and we have some musically gifted students in 7-3.
In English we are reading Fantastic Mr Fox by Roald Dahl. In Science we are learning all about solids, liquids and gas and have done some interesting experiments. The students have been working hard across all subjects and we are very proud of them.
Have an amazing two weeks off and see you all in Term 4.
7-2 Team
7-3
We have had a great Term Three filled with many exciting activities as well as continuing our studies across all learning areas.
The Sports Carnival was a hit! All our practice and hard work paid off as our students were able to celebrate their successes and determination to complete all events. We also enjoyed a visit by the Cuddly Animal Farm to celebrate R U OK? Day.
During Term Three in History, we have been studying the ancient Egyptian civilisation. We have explored many aspects of this amazing culture including their social structure, how the Nile River was used, the building of the pyramids as well as the mummification process. We concluded our learning of the topic by going on an excursion to The Perth Museum to explore the Discovering Ancient Egypt Exhibition. We walked through the exhibition reading the title cards and making connections to the areas we have learnt about. At the conclusion of the exhibition there were several hands-on activities that we enjoyed including building different shaped pyramids, making a mummy, playing an Egyptian board game and writing our names in hieroglyphs. All our students were excellent ambassadors for the school by displaying respectful and excellent behaviours in the community.

It has been a busy term. We have learnt about Medieval Europe and all about Solids, Liquids and Gases. Apart from all the learning in the classroom, we have had many exciting adventures outside.
The Sports Carnival was a fun day. We ran races, threw the discus and shotput and competed in the long jump.
We also celebrated Book Week. Dressing up was fun!
To celebrate R U OK? Day we had a visit from a Cuddy Animal Farm. Everyone enjoyed cuddles with guinea pigs, rabbits and petting sheep and goats.
Term 3 is coming to an end introducing another busy Term 4. Next term will be Belridge Market Day, taking place on the 9th of November, The students have already begun to create some wonderful items to sell.
Hope you all enjoy your holidays!

8-2
Term 3 has been thoroughly enjoyable for all. Each and every student has worked hard to achieve their goals and produce some fantastic work.
8-2 have made some delicious meals and snacks in Cooking, demonstrating Safe, Responsible and Respectful behaviour while handling hot food and equipment. They have improved their dicing and microwave skills.
In English and Science, students have created a PowerPoint on Earth rocks and the rock cycle, and have begun to present these in class. It is amazing to see how much knowledge they have gathered from research tasks this term on the types of rocks and how they are formed.
There has been some great days and incursions this term, including the Athletics Carnival and R U OK? day, where students got to hold animals from the Cuddly Animal Farm. They thoroughly enjoyed feeding and petting the rabbits and guinea pigs.
We were lucky enough to have the wonderful Miss Keesha with us in weeks 9 and 10, and we hope to see her around Belridge SESC again soon.
We wish you a safe and enjoyable term break and are looking forward to kick starting Term 4 with an excursion to ECU Joondalup (please see, sign and return notes sent home Week 10 of Term 3).

8-3
As a follow up from the last newsletter, we completed our Robot Teacher Challenge for Science Week, and I am happy to announce that our robot made it to the finals! Cormac and Sawyer represented our classroom and presented C.E.R. to the judges in the Auditorium alongside other schools from the Joondalup area.
During HASS we combined Citizenship and IT skills using the DASH robots. In learning to distinguish between responsibilities, rights and privileges the boys were given scenarios and had to manoeuvre their DASH robot using their iPads along different paths to the correct answers. This had them engaged in HASS and their IT skills!
Term 3 has ended with lots of fitness fun. The boys trained for and took part in the Athletics Carnival and have also been learning to play table tennis on the two brand new tables purchased for our school. They have enjoyed quite a few games amongst themselves and with the Year 12 boys from Mr Cann's class who are teaching the boys to play the game. It has been wonderful to watch them play team challenges in good spirits and with lots of enthusiasm.
Happy Holidays, take care and keep safe.

9-2
As we near the end of Term 3, I must commend the students of 9-2 for their participation and perseverance through what has been a very busy term.
In English, we have been working on our reading comprehension strategies such as visualising, making inferences, cause and effect, making connections and summarising. Our class continues to work on a lot of functional mathematics including time, money, directional language and reading maps to develop a deeper understanding of these concepts. We have experienced some fun learning activities in Science as we explore tectonic plates and investigate earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis and the formation of some famous landforms at plate boundaries. In Health, we have conducted role play scenarios to learn about conflict resolution and explore the characteristics of respectful relationships. And in HASS, we are learning about global food production and security where we are investigating the origins of the food we consume and the importance of the global economy.
In addition to all of above, there have been a number of fun events that have occurred outside the classroom such as the Caltex All Stars AFL program, Book Week, R U OK? day animal farm, D&T drag races, Life Education Incursion and the Athletics Carnival.
Thank you to the students for your engagement this term!
Thank you to the families of our wonderful students for your support!
Thank you to Mrs Murray, Mrs Nord, Miss Bennett, Mrs Bond and Mrs Kruger for the contribution you make to our class everyday!

9-3
Term 3 has been a success for our class. Students have continued working at their very best in all their classes.
Students have continued learning about social media, tectonic plates, inferences, communication and data in class. 9-3 has had a busy term, they have worked very hard in class learning how to be safe online and on social media. They have worked together to come up with different strategies to be safe on social media including how to deal with online bullying, scams, and inappropriate content online. In Science they have learnt about tectonic plates including the different types of plate movements, earthquakes, and Tsunamis around the world.
Students have also been lucky enough to go to TAFE Northbridge on Excursion for the Epic game making session. Students learnt how to create their own video game from graphics to point scoring! It was a great outing for our students who represented the school well while out in the community.
The year 9s also had an opportunity to take part in the Caltex All Stars Football Program. Students got to practice their footy skills with different West Coast Eagles players for 4 sessions. The Year 9s practiced their handball, kicking, sidestepping, catching and game play skills with each other. Students enjoyed working with each other and playing footy.
For Health students have participated in a Life Education Incursion on Friends and Feelings. They discussed how to deal with growing up and navigating their feelings and friendships. Students also enjoyed the incursion from the cuddly animal farm for R U OK? Day. Students found this calming and loved watching the different animals who came to visit. Lastly, 9-3 students participated in the Athletics Carnival. Their behaviour was exemplary as they participated and encouraged each other.
Students and staff alike look forward to Term 4!

MAG 1
MAG 1 has had a busy end of term ...
We have enjoyed cooking - we have made chocolate crackles, pizzas, and chocolate peanut balls. The sweets have been a big hit!
The Sports Carnival was an exciting day. We ran in the 100m race, had treats from the canteen and coffee carts and we watched the other students run their races ... they were so fast!
We have been learning about pirates, ships and treasure in our shared literacy circle. We've been working hard on our Multilit program of reading and are learning to write complex sentences in our writing.
In Numeracy we are learning about place value and learning to measure length with metric units. We have been using bricks, string, paper, play dough and counters for these activities. We love our number songs too!
In Science we are building volcanoes out of paper mache. We are going to paint them and then we will simulate an eruption of lava (with vinegar and lemon juice) so we can see what an erupting volcano is like.
As usual we love our walks and have fun during recess and lunch on our trampolines and balls. We are all looking forward to the holidays!
Emma Fisher and the MAG1 Team
MAG 2
Once again students have had many exciting activities in the second half of Term 3.
Students were totally engaged when doing the Skittles, Rainbow Lemon Volcanoes, Elephant Toothpaste and Cloud Dough experiments for Science Week. Then for Book Week, students individually chose a non-fiction book to read and had to find 3 interesting facts for their poster.
All students ran the 100m in the Athletics Carnival. Massimo joined his Year 12 peers dressed up as a Minion. He had an action-packed day participating in shot put, long jump, discus, 200m, 400m and the relay races.
The students enjoyed the photo shoot to help make their Father's Day cards. They made a colourful mug filled with a variety of beverages plus tie dyed matching socks and singlets for their Dad.

The students of 10-1 have had a great term. They have been out in the community visiting Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre, exploring the Op Shop strip in Balcatta sourcing out some clothing items and visiting the local shopping centre to purchase food for their cooking lessons.
I have been thrilled with their creative story writing and it has been lovely to see the enthusiasm with the students engaged reading ‘The Witches’ in class. We are looking forward to starting the planning and preparation for their Paper Bag Character Study in Term Four. Perhaps Mrs Witchery may plan a return to class sometime in the near future!
The sport carnival was also a highlight, with the weather being kind and the wet weather staying away just in time! Well done to everyone who participated and gave it their best. A special mention to James for winning Champion Boy, Eliana Champion Girl and Ashleigh Runner Up Champion Girl!!
Next Term we look forward to starting Workplace Learning, which is scheduled to start in Week Two, continuing on for five weeks at Landsdale Farm. This is super beneficial for learning and work experience for life beyond school.
All students have really worked hard this term and their efforts and determination should really be commended, so thank you! And thank you parents for being so supportive.
We have a kindness jar that we put stars into for random acts of kindness. It is so lovely to have students show these traits and all contribute to the jar. Keep it up!
From all the staff of 10-1, have a lovely break and see you all back fresh and ready to go for Term Four!

10-2
We're quickly approaching the end of Term Three with students working well across all areas of the curriculum!
The recent Sports Carnival was a huge success and was enjoyed by all who attended. Our students participated in a number of track and field events, coming away with an impressive range of first, second and third place ribbons. Well done to everyone for their supportive encouragement of all competitors!
During R U OK ?Day, the class attended an incursion featuring the Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm. The students thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the animals!
The students continue to make very good progress in the classroom. In Mathematics they have been working on money and time. In HASS they have been studying Climate Change, while in Science, the students have been studying flowers and how they reproduce.
In English, the students have recently finished reading 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban". They enjoyed reading the story together, enthusiastically discussing the plotline and predicting what would happen next.
Enjoy the upcoming break, please feel free to contact me anytime, my email address is stephen.macmahon@education.wa.edu.au

As Term Three comes to an end, I just wanted to say it's been another brilliant term with the amazing individuals of the 11-1 class. Let's have a look at some of the great excursions we have participated in this term.
Weigh n Pay by Sari and Thaya
"Craig the owner met us and was really excited to show us his family's business. The difference between Weigh n Pay and other food stores, is that products are locally sourced and that you need to bring your own container to reduce plastic. Sari's favourite part was "making my own peanut butter, weighing the jar and putting a sticker on it with the weight written on the sticker". Thaya enjoyed buying her dates and walnuts.
Cuddly Animal Farm incursion by Jada
"We had an incursion with the Cuddly Animal Farm. There were goats, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs and rabbits. I loved feeding them and patting them. It was super fun".
Tomra Recycling Centre by Jayden
"It was fun to go to the recycling centre, it was good to see where all the bottles and cans go. You put your containers in the machine, they go onto a conveyer belt and the machines sort them into the right pile. The machines are very smart. It was a good day".
Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre by Jayden and Abi
"On Monday we went to Herdsman Lake with 10-1 and walked around the boardwalk. We saw little fish, birds, ducks and a big pelican. We got to scoop micro-organisms out of the lake and put them under a microscope. We had so much fun".
Sports Carnival 2023 by Abigail and Grace
"The Sports Carnival was on Friday the 1st of September. There were running events, jumping events and throwing events. It was exciting and loud. There was a lot of cheering by everyone! It was a fun and exciting day!".
Zoo Mapping Activity by Jada
"We had a great day at the zoo for our DFES excursion on mapping. It was my first time to the zoo, it was fun. My favourite animal was the elephant, I look forward to going to the zoo again".
I hope everyone enjoys their holidays and stays safe. I look forward to seeing you all in Term Four.
Thanks,
Simon Malloy and Team 11-1

Kaya
There we have it and we are three-quarters of the way through the year, time flies when you are having fun.
11-2 have been busy completing their ASDAN Citizenship to be ready for external moderation next term. Plus, we have been super busy with lots of incursions and excursions. We participated in a Self-Advocacy course with 10-2, with Theresa McDonnell and Justin from Developmental Disability WA. We would like to thank them for presenting over 4 Mondays. All the students gained valuable ideas on how they can become their own supporter and actively involved in their future.
The whole class enthusiastically participated in the Athletics Carnival and had an enjoyable time. Congratulations to Marcus on achieving champion Year 11 Boy and to Liv for runner-up Year 11 Girl.
Well done to Darian for winning the Best Dressed 11-1 student for Book Week in Week 6. He certainly looked scary.
Our favourite excursion this term was the DFES orienteering excursion to the zoo which happened in Week 10.
Emma Bainbridge
12-1
What a busy term but as a class we achieved so much!! Congratulations to all 12-1 students who worked so hard on finishing their 4 ASDAN modules. These modules were moderated at a state level and students achieved excellent comments on their files. The class passed all modules submitted with flying colours. WELL DONE 12-1.
The fantastic Meal Preparation lessons continued through Term 3 with students planning, writing a shopping list, shopping and then cooking their way through many wonderful menus. We have had a wide range of foods prepared. For example, Chicken Parmigiana, Outback Beans, Apple/Lemon Myrtle Crumble (both using Indigenous ingredients), Fish and Chips, Satay Chicken, Trifle and Coconut Cake. All meals are presented beautifully and students enjoy sitting down together to enjoy their meal and dessert.
Book Week in 12-1 was fantastic with everyone dressing up in their favourite character. The photobooth in the library was lots of fun and all students were able to take some fun photos home to remember the day.
The last Athletics Carnival for Year 12 students in Week 7 was a great day. All students participated and did their very best in all events. Well done 12-1.
DFES has provided two interesting and enjoyable excursions this term. In Week 6 students were lucky enough to visit the RAC Rescue Helicopter Base and meet the pilots and paramedics who have such an important job in helping and learnt all about what the service provided in life threatening circumstances. In Week 9 the Year 12 group attended Yanchep National Park for an informative Wet to Wood tour which looked at native habitats and the adaptations animals have made to live within the West Australian environment.
Our Car Washing business continues to raise money for the Guide Dogs WA. We are at $250.00 with bookings flooding in for next term.
We have many exciting events to look forward to next term, particularly Graduation Night. Enjoy your well-earned holiday and see you next term.
Tonya Vander Loop
12-2
This month we want to highlight the special friendship of our two girls - Ghenwa and Sienna. They support each other in class, in the Cobra Cafe, on excursions and usually spend recess and lunch together. It's a delight to watch the kindness and fun they share.
We continued our Cobra Cafe meals that link in with the student's migration studies. For our Italian connection we cooked meat and vegetarian lasagne (pictured below) as well as a lemon polenta cake.
We also continued our DFES excursions this month, with a trip to the RAC Rescue Helicopter Base at Jandakot. We were treated to wonderful late winter sunshine as we heard about the important work that the crews perform. Ghenwa's feedback was "That was so interesting and I liked learning what the paramedic and flight crew did".
In Week 7 we celebrated the Sports Carnival - a special day for Year 12's who have the privilege of dressing up for their final carnival. 12-2 enthusiastically got involved in both the dressing up and the carnival itself. Special congratulations to Ghenwa who was Champion Girl for Year 12.
The countdown is now on for school holidays and the first Graduation Ceremony in Week 3 next term!!
Mrs McCrory, Mr McCulloch, Ms King and Ms Hobson 12-2
12-3
Well, what a whirlwind it has been as class 12-3 finish up with Term 3. As you may or may not be aware, programs and results wrap up promptly in Year 12, with the Year 12 Certificate II Course being submitted and their Short Course for ASDAN being externally moderated, it has proven to be a fast and furious finish to the term.
As such, I want to use this opportunity to congratulate all students in Class 12-3 on working so hard to complete these courses, with all students obtaining units of competency and many completing the full course. Secondly, well done to all students for completing their ASDAN Short Course in PSHE. The portfolios of work were fantastic, and the content of each module will support students’ development into beyond school endeavours. All results, units of competency, and official certificates will be included in their Year 12 graduating Portfolio.
In other business, a huge shout out to all the students that dressed up for the Whole School Athletics Carnival. We had students dressed as The Grim Reaper, James Bond and Among Us. The day was a huge success and hopefully a day to remember for our leaving Year 12 students.
Friday’s WPL is in full swing for this semester and will continue next term. Students will continue to log their hours towards their ADWPL Program, and will enhance their employability skills, again, ready for next year and beyond.
For Thursday’s DFES lessons, students have been learning knot tying, focusing on the figure of 8 knot, thumb knot and the over-hand knot. For DFES excursions, we have visited the RAC Emergency Helicopter Rescue base in Jandakot, and Yanchep National Park. Students found both outings extremely interesting and informative.
Finally in class, students have started a Leadership Program where they will be learning about developing leadership skills, identifying motivations, working through authentic scenarios when problem solving, highlighting their strengths, listing their areas of development, goal setting, their achievements and what they stand for as a member of the wider community. They will use this learning to support a class of Year 8 boys through a Mentoring Program next term.
So, as you can see, it has been a busy term for class 12-3 so enjoy the break, and I shall see you in 2 weeks’ time.
