This week we will be focusing on Leadership. Good communication is a key component to being an effective leader. Having good listening skills and responding to others in a calm and respectful way are characteristics of a leader.

Yearbooks will be distributed on Tuesday, May 30th. If you wish to order a yearbook please fill out the YEARBOOK FORM for each child you would like to purchase one for. Yearbooks are $35 each and you will be charged through FACTS.

Wednesday, May 10th, will be the last meeting for Chess Club. A huge Thank You to Mrs. Probst and Mr. Virgil for leading our chess masters all year long. We are so thankful we are able to have this program at school.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of our students and families at school events we would like to remind everyone that consuming alcohol on school property or at school events, unless expressly permitted, is strictly prohibited.

When attending any school sponsored events (on campus or off campus) a respectful manner is expected. Participants will be asked to leave should there be any appearance of inappropriate behaviors.

Our summer heat has arrived! Please be sure to send water bottles to school with your students. Also, on mass days remind students to have breakfast before school and to leave sweaters/jackets in the classroom.

Hello Parents,

Just a friendly reminder that some of your children have medication(s) in the Nurse's Office. If you would like this medication to be sent home with the student, please send me an email at djames@ollv.org with this request. However if you would prefer to pick up the medication(s) please feel free to drop by the Nurse's Office, May 29-31 between 9am-2pm. Medications will be discarded on the last day of school if not picked up.

The year is about half way over! It has flown by. As a gentle reminder, to receive the Parish Rate for the 2023-2024 School Year your donations are due to the Church by May 31, 2023.

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
