A message from Mr. Moser re: LinkIt!
Dear Parents / Guardians,
The staff at both Hilltop and Mountain View work diligently to meet the needs of their students, which generally begins with collecting data in regards to each student’s relative readiness in a particular subject area. One of the ways in which I am involved with this process is overseeing the administration of an online assessment, in mathematics and reading, for students in grades two through eight. We use a platform called LinkIt! which the students access via a computer in their classroom. In the next few weeks, these students will complete this assessment in mathematics and reading, providing information to teachers that will be used to aid in lesson planning and to identify students who may need additional support. Once that process is complete, further contact with home will be made as needed. If you have any questions regarding this assessment, please feel free to contact me via email at: moser@mendhamboroschools.org
Sincerely,
