Fifth Grade Families:
The upcoming end of the year means we will begin activities for our fifth-grade students to transition to middle school. Below is a list of upcoming events with more information regarding 5th Grade Promotion!
Billy Mills Counselor Visit with 5th Grade
Tuesday, May 11 - 1:00 p.m. (In-Building Students)
Wednesday, May 12 -11:00 p.m. (Distance Students, Links will be provided)
Tour of Billy Mills (In-Building Students)
Monday, May 17 - 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Tour of Billy Mills (DYL and Private School Students)
Monday, May 17 - 4:00-4:45 pm.m
Parent Night for ALL Students
Tuesday, May 18 - A-K: 6:00-6:30/L-Z: 7:00-7:30
5th Grade Promotion for ALL Broken Arrow Fifth Graders (In-Person and Distance Learners)
Monday, May 24th - 6:00
- Observe 6 feet of distance between families
- Guests limited to 4 per student promoting (Children may attend but count as one of the 4 allowable guests)
Masks will be worn
We will not have refreshments or group picture stations
As the end of the year gets closer we have seen an increase in tardies! Please make sure students are arriving on time to school each day. Students who are tardy miss important instruction!
Parent Request:
As the weather gets nicer, just a reminder that if you bring your dog with you at arrival or pick-up, please make sure you are either keeping the dog in your car or away from our front lawn where dismissal is taking place. We've had concerns brought by several families about how scary even nice dogs can be for some of our students. We appreciate your help!

Enrollment for Next School Year
Annual registration is due by May 3. Please contact Mrs. Walthall if you need help setting up a parent account or need to change an address.
May 5 is Safe Walk to School Day! We encourage families to walk to school on this day. If you cannot walk to school, there will be a supervised path for students to walk once they are dropped off!
Still need a yearbook? We still have a few available in the office; please see Mrs. Walthall if you are interested.
