Head Teacher's Message
I am delighted to share that our Head Students for 2023-24 were announced on Friday 17 November. Students were nominated by their peers and final voting was open for all students and staff in school to support who they felt would best represent the school. Congratulations to Ellis and Rayan - I know that you will do a fantastic job.
Elsewhere in school Year 11 students have begun their second window of GCSE mock examinations. Their maturity and calmness in entering the examination hall is a real credit to them and how prepared and ready they are at this stage.
Wishing you a lovely weekend.
~Ms K Dooley | Head Teacher

Rugby Borough Finals
Year 8
On Tuesday 21 November the Year 8 Rugby team travelled to Twickenham RFC to compete in the the Borough Finals. They were up against Christs School.
After a slow start to the game the boys were 20-0 down at half time. A quick pep talk and regroup saw the team launch a comeback and some fantastic scoring bought the score back to 20-10. Christs were not going to let us draw level and two late tries at the end left it at 30-10.
Congratulations to Christs and well done to the RTS team: Jacob, Devan, Eric, Ted, Ben, Devraj, Henry, Charlie, Dorian, Josh, Jake, Joseph, Stanley, Freddie, Callum and George.
Year 10
The Year 10 Rugby team also travelled to Twickenham RFC on Tuesday to take part in the Borough Finals. The team were up against last year's County Cup winners, St Richard Reynolds School.
The team played their hearts out and were fantastic against a strong opposing side; however they lost 38-7. The boys all stepped up their game and have improved tremendously since the start of the year. A big shout out to the Year 9 boys who also stepped up and joined in the team for these finals.
Well done to all of you: Isaias, Cassim, Harry, Sean, Johnny, Jimmy, Sohail, Harry, Elliot, Robert, Charlie, Caleb, George, Jake, Rhys, Josh, Louis, Lleyton, Tai-Rhys and Austin-Rae.
Enrichment/After School Clubs
The Henna Enrichment have been working hard on their own designs and created some beautiful and intricate patterns. The students use natural and organic henna on their hands. They really enjoy the session and everyone is very creative in their own way.
We’ve started rugby club on a Friday! With the help of Rosslyn Park Community coaches - it runs 14:00-15:15 every Friday. Last week we had 30 students on a wild and windy Friday afternoon!
All are welcome.
