Welcome Back to School!
August 14th, 2023
Note from the Principal:
It is difficult to believe that summer is coming to an end, and school is beginning. I hope you had a wonderful summer and were able to get outside between the rain drops. I spent time with my family and working at school most of the summer.
I'm very excited to see you all! Your teachers will be returning soon to prepare for your arrival! Mr. Tanguay and his crew have been very busy cleaning every inch of the building. New wiring has been installed for the communication system, my office is freshly painted, just to mention a few projects that were completed. Summer is a very busy time for Orleans Elementary School!
School will open at 7:40, if you need to drop a student off earlier please contact the office to make arrangements. Breakfast will be served from 7:40 - 8:00. Students will be marked tardy if they arrive after 8:00 am. Dismissal will begin at 2:45 with the in-town and Irasburg students, this will be followed by walkers and parent pick ups at 3:00. Students riding the late buses will leave the school grounds at 3:15.
We are having a Meet and Greet on Thursday, August 24th from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Stop by and meet your teachers, or just to visit.
Looking forward to an amazing year,
Mrs. Laliberty
