Take a look at all of the fun we had this week!

Our annual PTA sponsored Holiday Bazaar will be on Friday, December 8th, at Evergreen Elementary School. During the school day, students will have the option to purchase gifts for family and loved ones. There is a flyer being sent home about the Bazaar. If you would like to opt your child out of this activity, please return the opt-out form to the office.

❆3:15-4:00 open after school for adults and Benjamin students WITH an adult

❆Gift tags and shopping instructions will go home after Thanksgiving Break

The PTA has coordinated new Evergreen spirit wear for purchase. Orders can be shipped home or be picked up at the SBI location.

If you are visiting Evergreen for a meeting or volunteering, you will need to provide your driver's license every time you are coming in. We have a new security system that provides an additional layer of security for adults that are coming into the building. Thank you very much!!

Please make sure that dogs and pets are not on Evergreen property during arrival and dismissal. This includes the grassy area by the marquee in the front of the building. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

If your child is going to be absent from school for any reason, please call the Evergreen Office, 630-876-7810, to report your child's absence no later than 8:00 AM the day of the absence. Please only email your child's classroom teacher about an absence after you have called the office. You can leave a message about an absence on the attendance line at anytime.

November 20th-24th: Thanksgiving Break (No student attendance)

December 8th: PTA Holiday Bazaar (During the school day)

December 9th: PTA Holiday Bazaar (9:00AM-12:00PM)

December 14th: 1st & 2nd Grade Music & Art Showcase (6:30PM)

December 15th: Early Dismissal @ 11:40 (No Evergreen preschool)

December 22nd: Classroom Winter Parties (2:00-2:45)

December 25th-January 6th: Winter Break (No student attendance)

January 8th: Classes Resume
