We are brave... We are Proud...We are Determined... WE ARE HAWKS!
A Note From the Principal...
- Report Cards: Due to the snow day on Friday, report cards will go home with your child on Monday. Though you will be receiving a hard copy of your child's report card this year, please take a look at the document below that tells you how to access the report card in Parent Portal as well.
- Strengthening the Home-School Literacy Connection: Mark your calendars for Tuesday, February 9th! Our literacy team would love for you to join us at 7:00 PM to learn more about what our students do each day to grow as readers and ways to support your reader at home.
- Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Preschool Virtual Parent Information Night: Please spread the news about this virtual event on Wednesday, February 10th from 6:00-7:00 PM. The flyer is attached below.
- Dismissal: If you ever need to change your child's dismissal routine, please be sure to call the office to let us know, and it is best to do so by 3:30 so that we can be sure to get the information to your child's teacher in a timely manner. Dismissal is quite busy and sometimes it is a challenge to get last minute directions to teachers and students. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
- Arrival: For parents who drop their child off in the morning, on those really cold mornings (we have a few single digit and negative wind chill days in the forecast) please try to plan for the drop off to occur between 9:20-9:30 AM. Students begin entering the building at 9:20 AM each day. Please know, however, that we will always let children into the building before 9:20 AM, as needed.
- Absent or Tardy: Please be sure to contact our attendance clerk, Jacque Herbart, by phone or email when you are reporting your child's absence or tardy.
- Free School Meals for ALL Students: Please click here for an important reminder from food services.
