About the project
General objectives
-Building up active citizenship and participation within Europe and beyond;
-Understanding how democracy works across different countries;
-Fostering the relations with countries from Eastern Partnership;
-Boosting the intercultural dialogue;
-Developing a critical thinking towards European cultural diversity;
-Promoting Erasmus+ programme and its mobilities for youths.
Accommodation and lodging
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily in our spacious canteen. In between sessions you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and to have a bite of authentical Danish sweets. Should you have any special requests regarding the meals (e.g. vegetarian food), kindly inform us at least one month prior to the start date of the project.
Transportation
Remember to drop us an email before booking your flight tickets as we have to confirm your itinerary.
In case you want to spend extra days in Denmark, feel free to do so. You are allowed to spend up to 6 extra days outside the project dates.
Financial
Sweden ----> 275 EUR
Ukraine ----> 275 EUR
Moldova ----> 275 EUR
Armenia ----> 360 EUR
Georgia ----> 360 EUR
Reimbursement will be done in cash for Armenian and Georgian particiants in the last day of the project. Participants from other countries will receive the money within 3 weeks after the project ends.
Participation fee: 30 EUR per participant
(it includes: towels, bed linen, materials, transport to/from train station or airport)

Each national team will have one leader who will be responsible for the communication process with the organizing team.
Also, the leader will coordinate the intercultural evening and other similar activities throughout the project.
What to bring
Regarding the intercultural evenings, feel free to bring your flag together with traditional food, snacks or drinks with you. However, the maximum limit for alcohol is 5L per country.
Important!
If you don't manage to follow the above deadline for flights, then you'll have to buy the train tickets yourself (will cost around 100 EUR for a return ticket per person).
Regarding the reimbursement process, participants are requested to keep all tickets, invoices and boarding passes in order to be eligible for refunding.
