This week RHS held its annual Student Government Council Camp on Monday, August 16th through Wednesday, August 18th. The first two days of the camp focused on team building and bonding and the third day included a collaboration day with the Band Camp to work on student leadership skills. Students were able to improve communication, teamwork, and leadership skills as well as bond as a council. SGC facilitated student-run workshops and even a workshop led by RHS SGC alumni. Maddie Smith hosted a workshop that focused on communication. Ngan Nguyen ran a workshop that narrowed in on listening skills and teamwork. Maria Pala organized a workshop with a focal point of logic and communication to complete a common goal.

Students are encouraged to get involved with Student Government Council throughout the school year.
