Curtis Chronicles
February 7, 2022
Hello from Curtis Principal, Sonya Pitcock
Cougar families,
It’s so hard to believe it’s already February! I hope everyone stayed warm and safe last week in the ice and snow. I’m sure the kids enjoyed the extra long weekend!
As we are planning for next year, please be sure to check our website on the Counselors Corner for updates and information about course registration and deadlines. We look forward to seeing anyone with questions tomorrow evening at our Curtis Come and Go Parent Night or at our Curtis Coffee with the Counselors on February 14. Our students have been doing a great job asking questions and are getting excited about next year!
If you have any teachers you’d like to give a shout out to, I would love to hear from you! We are spending the month of February showing our support and love for each other on campus and we invite you to do the same. Take a minute to send a note to a teacher or staff member or send that to me and I will share it with them. Our staff are working hard to make sure every student is growing this year and we are so proud of our kids.
We have such a great community support system and we appreciate all the partnerships we have with parents to do our work with kids. Thank you for reaching out with questions, sending treats, supporting our staff and being great parents!
Sincerely,
Sonya Pitcock
Principal, Curtis Middle School
