Heartland AEA Community of Practice for Preschool Administrators
We will be offering three opportunities for preschool administrators to attend a one-hour, virtual Community of Practice to address timely topics, ask/answer questions, collaborate with other administrators and learn about the best practices in early childhood.
Nov. 7, 2022 from 2-3 p.m.
Topics: Introduce Heartland EC Handbook, IQPPS desk Audit, GOLD checkpoints, PD planning for all staff, Open Enrollment and Transportation
Dec. 5, 2022 from 2-3 p.m.
Topics: Complete IQPPS desk Audit, I have data now what?
April 3, 2023 from 1-2 p.m.
Topics: End of the year, resubmission of IQPPS if necessary, Summer PD options
All sessions will be recorded for those who are not able to attend.

Module 3: Preschool PLAAFP and ECO Decision Tree- LEA and AEA Staff
Module 4: AEA staff only
Module 5: Pk to K transitions (recommended after the first of the year)
These webinars need to be completed within six months of going live.
