Early Voting Begins This Week!
Early Voting: April 24-May 2
Election Day: Saturday, May 6
The Crowley ISD Bond 2023 proposal is a community-driven plan that, if approved by voters on May 6, will…
- Maintain and improve safety and security district-wide.
- Build eight new schools to accommodate future enrollment growth.
- Benefit every student in every school.
Crowley ISD’s commitment to fiscal stewardship, along with growth in the overall tax base, will allow the proposed projects to be completed while maintaining the current tax rate. That means this bond will result in no property tax rate increase.

Creating An Oscar Moment
Students from Crowley High School and North Crowley High School participated in an event called “Bridging the Gap Between Law Enforcement and the Communities They Serve” Thursday. Several guest speakers, including members of the Crowley, Arlington and Fort Worth police departments, addressed the group. Officer Ryan Tillman, founder of Breaking Barriers United, discussed how students can take their natural gifts and use them as a vehicle to propel their future.
At the end of the event, Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey stopped by to speak to a smaller group of students about making healthy choices that will impact their future. As the founders of the Just Keep Livin Foundation, McConaughey, and his wife, Camila, asked students questions and encouraged them to use gratitude to help improve their physical and mental health.
