As we get ready for Camp Kesem 2016, we are in need of a Mental Health Professional and Nurses to volunteer for our camp session. These professional staff positions are crucial to ensuring the safety and well-being of our campers, and camp cannot happen without these staff in place! We are currently looking for TWO nurses for Session I (May 29-June 4) and a MHP for both Session I and Session II (July 3-July 9).
We need our supporters to spread the word about our openings, and are asking each of you to share the following needs with your networks. A couple great ways to spread the word include:
Sharing this with you or your child’s doctor’s office
Sharing this with the guidance counselor at your children’s school
Posting this on your social media platforms
Sending this to 5 close friends, who might also be willing to spread the word within their own networks!
Position descriptions, requirements and application details are included below. We prefer that nurses and mental health professionals spend the entire week at camp, but if you find folks who would be interested in doing a half week, that may work out for us as well if we can find another person to cover the rest of the week. As we are only a few weeks away from our summer sessions, we will be able to offer compensation for these positions.
