Field Trip Chaperones
The safety of all students is our number one priority. Therefore, all chaperones/volunteers must have a completed a background check. Background checks can be requested at this LINK. It can take up to seven days to get approved. All approved chaperones/volunteers will be issued a badge that can be picked up at the CIS office, prior to the event. The badge must be worn during the event.
Student Illness
Just a reminder to please keep your child home if they are exhibiting any of the following symptoms as laid out in our Return to Learn Plan.
● Fever (temp over 100.4) or feeling feverish/chills
● Cough
● Sore throat
● Runny or stuffy nose (congestion)
● Muscle or body aches
● Headaches
● Fatigue (tiredness)
● Vomiting and diarrhea
● Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
● New loss of taste or smell
