Oak Grove School District is excited to announce the initiation of our strategic planning process, a collaborative effort aimed at fostering growth and success within our schools. We're reaching out to the entire community, encouraging participation from all residents to bring diverse ideas and perspectives to the table.

Parents of students in grades 3 and 5 will be receiving the CogAT reports soon. There was a delay in getting the reports completed in a timely fashion due to an error on the company’s end. Email Alexa Dunn (adunn@ogschool.org) with any questions.

Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, March 7. Virtual conferences are available from 1:00 - 4:00 pm, and in-person conferences are available from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. The window to schedule conferences is from 2/21 at 8:30 am until 3/6 at noon. If you did not receive login information to access “Meet The Teacher” please reach out to Dave Huber at huber@ogschool.org ASAP.

The Multicultural Fair is Saturday, April 20 from 3:30 - 6:30 pm. Students and families come together to learn about the many countries and cultures represented at Oak Grove School. All are welcome to attend and participate in this event. Host a booth and share YOUR customs with the Oak Grove community - complete this form by Friday, March 22!

Tickets are still available for Newsies Jr. Use this link to order your tickets through the Seat Yourself website. Online ticket sales will close 1 day prior to each show.

*Please note that Grades 5-8 will be attending the in-school performance on Thursday with their classes. All other grade levels will get a short sneak peek of the show

Oak Grove School is hosting the Noetic Math Contest in early April, and it is free to participate. The contest is for 5th - 8th graders and will take place during the school day on laptops. More information can be found HERE

Students who are interested in participating should let their math teacher know. All students must be registered by March 20. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Phillips at phillips@ogschool.org

Madame Grambo and the French students are bringing a traveling art exhibit to the halls of Oak Grove School. Three of Monet's most famous works will be displayed as large tapestries. Information about the artist and artwork will be available as well. If you are in the building next week, stop by the top of the stairs to the right of the Pat Patt gym and enjoy some of Impressionism's finest works.
