Offline Electives Requirement

60 hours are required per course per year
Provide two pieces of evidence as proof that the student engaged in the elective for each course. An example of a piece of evidence would be a photo or video screenshot of the student being part of the indicated activity.
Record activity faithfully as completed to provide an accurate reflection of the time spent. Offline Elective Form (YOUR STUDENT WILL ONLY NEED 60 HRS)

(Upload form in Ignitia once the 60 hours are fulfilled. Must be finished by end of 4th quarter)

Examples

Physical Education Offline Credit

Any recurring activity that meets the following requirements may earn Physical Education credit. Please keep an accurate record of the activity, time spent, and skill level (if applicable).

75% aerobic exercises such as swimming, gymnastics, and running.
25% conditioning such as stretching and supervised weight lifting.

Fine Arts Offline Credits (Music and Art)

Other Fine Arts electives include musical instruments, vocal music, choir, and private lessons (theater, dance, drawing, etc). The following requirements must be met:

The student’s engagement in the activity must consist of both teacher’s instruction* and practice.
A record of daily activity in the subject area and time spent must be faithfully kept
