The National School Counseling Week is meant to focus public attention on the unique contribution of professional school counselors within U.S. school systems. National School Counseling Week, sponsored by ASCA, highlights the tremendous impact school counselors can have in helping students adopt a growth mindset and plan for college and a career!
The Events!
- NSCW Student Puzzle Piece Wall- Find your name on the wall of the cafeteria and bring your puzzle piece to the Student Services Office to claim a special treat!
- Annual NSCW Crossword Puzzle- Visit the Student Services Office to pick of a crossword puzzle. Be the first in your graduating class to complete the puzzle using hints from the daily announcements and receive a prize!
- Starburst in a Jar- Cast your vote on the number of Starburst in the jar! Be the closest to the actual number in the container (without going over) and win the jar of candy!
- Friday College Wear- College Day! Wear your favorite college apparel to school to show off your future post-secondary aspirations!
