EOY Checklist & Room Changes

No Monday meeting or PLCs this week; however, Dr. Copeland will be checking in with each grade level for final documents that were not completed last week.

I will ask if you can support our district STEM night at SW Legacy HS, please swing by to cheer on our K-2 Robotics team!! 5:30-7:00PM.

End of year checkout document is attached. Please let me know if you have questions.

A few of you will be moving rooms, so please begin the process of packing up your rooms. Boxes are available, just ask the custodians. Label boxes with your name and the custodians will help get the items moved to their new location.

Items you do not need:

Math resources check with Copeland
RLA resources check with Blosch
DO NOT place items in the workroom. This created a major trash problem. Pack them neatly and label them with give away. If they are old resources, please get with the custodians to take them to the trash.

Tuesday- District STEM Night at SW Legacy HS 5:30-7:00PM

Wednesday - 3rd Grade NASA field trip, 5/6th Field trip, 2nd grade Awards 2PM

Friday- 3rd Grade Awards 2PM, 4th Grade Awards 2:30PM, PreK Field Trip.

Field Day and STEAM OLYMPICS

We are trying to help with attendance numbers and run some fun events all week during rotations. This will lead up to our Tuesday, May 30th field day Olympics. Please ask some of your parents to volunteer that day. Remember we will not have regular conference times so we will need work together to take some breaks!
