Good morning E.O. Green families, guardians and community members,

Thank you for participating in the various parent night events we hosted in November, like The Strong Workforce Program, GradNation, Parent Engagement Meetings and Back to School Night. We also appreciate your support by participating in the IPT/SST and IEP meetings.

The second academic quarter is moving forward and our wonderful staff continues to create engaging and rigorous digital online lessons for your children. We appreciate them very much for their dedication and passion for providing appealing and current learning experiences.

Enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday week. Please stay safe and healthy. Encourage your student to read for pleasure and complete any missing assignments and projects.

I am thankful to work with such dedicated educators that go to the extremes to plan and foster an equitable and engaging culture of learning at a distance that encourages our Hornets to advance academically and have the experience of success. I am also thankful to know that our students have you in their lives to support and love them. Thank you!

A virtual presentation from OUHSD will take place on Monday, November 16. The presentation will cover the career pathways offered by CIHS, HHS, OHS, and PHS. The first presentation is in English, and it starts at 5:30. The Spanish presentation will begin at 6:30. Attached are the catalogs from each of the listed high schools. A flyer with more information and the Zoom link will follow.

Associated Student Body (ASB) is a student government that makes decisions on school-wide activities, fundraisers, and events. ASB represents the student body to ensure that fundraising is student centered and benefits all students on campus.
