Exciting News! NVCS is opening its doors for in-person instruction
As we have learned over the past six months, flexibility is key at this time. We are proud of our teachers, students, and families for the resiliency they have shown at the end of last year and the start of this year. We are pleased to announce that NVCS will be welcoming our remote learners back to in-person learning earlier than anticipated. This decision has been made under careful consideration, with the safety of our staff and students being at the forefront. Safety protocols will be followed including contact tracing, cohort grouping, and mask-wearing by all students/staff. More information on the safe starting of school will be provided in next week’s Nighthawk News.
Please refer to this schedule for the NVCS reopening plan. It does differ slightly from the schedule that will be released by TSD early next week.

NVCS Library Books
We have been so busy collecting, sanitizing and reshelving our books from last year. We are so excited to start the check out process again, but first we need to have all of our books returned and inventoried.
If you have books that belong to NVCS, please bring them to either campus. If it is outside of office hours, just drop it in our mailbox. You will know it is an NVCS book if it has a barcode with our name on it. Most books also have our school stamp on the inside cover.
If you are having trouble locating your books, or they have been destroyed, please let us know. Your honest communication with us will help us to understand what we can expect to come back, and what is gone for good.
As always, thank you for your continued support of our Libraries and the love of reading.
