Suddenly It's Autumn

As we move into October, we have a lot of fun activities to look forward to. Make sure to take a look at the Dates to Remember below.
Parents, please be mindful that the school building does not open to students until 7:35. We have been seeing various students arrive prior to that time. Safety is a top priority for us, unfortunately, we do not have the staff on hand to monitor students arriving prior to 7:35. Thank you for helping us keep your kiddos safe.
It has been great to get out into classrooms and see all the great things happening instructionally. Our teachers are doing an exceptional job of planning engaging lessons while meeting the academic needs of all students.
Homecoming Week is quickly approaching and we are excited to celebrate with our students. We are encouraging all students and staff to participate in the daily activities leading up to the conclusion of homecoming week, the homecoming dance.
Reminder that this Friday, October 7, is a 2-hour early dismissal day. Monday, October 10 is a Professional Development day for teachers and NO school for students.
Next week, we will be introducing our new Assistant Principal. Mr. Carpenter will be transitioning to Washington High School as their Athletic Director. We wish Mr. Carpenter the best of luck in his new position.
