Dear Parents / Carers,
Well, what a long and busy term it has been!
As we break for Christmas and New Year I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for the lovely cards, gifts and good wishes I have received as I leave Kirk Fenton. It is truly an amazing school and I have loved being the Headteacher. I am of course sad to be leaving but I know that the school is in good hands with Mrs Cameron and Mrs Bembridge taking over for the rest of this school year. I will miss the wonderful children and families and wish you all the very best for Christmas and the new year.
Have a peaceful Christmas,
Karen Williams

Message from Head Pupils
Our last week of term has been very busy. On Friday, last week, we had the annual Christmas pantomime and the Friends Christmas fair. We all loved the pantomime! Oh no we didn’t! Oh yes we did! All the classes have also been busy making lots of lovely Christmas crafts this week!! The Christmas fair was very successful, lots of people participated. KS1 and reception both put on a nativity for which we all thoroughly enjoyed watching. Sadly, this is Mrs Williams' last week as she is moving to a new school. On behalf of all the pupils at Kirk Fenton we’d like to thank her for all her hard work and wish her the best of luck at her new school. We hope you have a lovely Christmas and a happy new year. Merry Christmas.
Freddie & Ella

Staff Thank You's
If anyone would like to say thank you to or has any positive comments for a member of staff then please complete and submit the form below.
We have had a busy, but fantastic December. It was great to hold another disco and the children all enjoyed the film night - we're sure there'll be another one on the way!
We raised an amazing £2,905 - which is a great way to end the term and will go a long way to helping with peace garden updates and outdoor learning.
Thank you to everyone who supported the events, its been a busy month but its wonderful to be able to host events the children enjoy and provide the coach trips and treats for Christmas lunch.
